WHO WE ARE?

WHO ARE WE?

SUSTAINABILITY

Piment is a highly desirable versatile pieces brand.

At Piment, we're all about sustainability, not only environmental but also human.

All our items are handmade-to-order here in Belgium.

All our fabrics are sourced from maison haute couture deadstock.

In an effort to always push Piment towards a greener and smarter fashion world, we have a particular model.

We open the website for pre-orders 4 times a year with lower prices, the “on demand is available all year long but at a higher price.

This is to reward our customers who make the effort of pre-ordering and waiting, without punishing those who have not yet taken the plunge.

Our vision of the world is to work for a better tomorrow but always with a spicy touch.

We're here to make your life spicy and easy.

SOURCING OUR FABRICS

Why Deadstock Fabrics?

Deadstock fabrics are the left over fabrics of fashion houses who overestimated their needs. Traditionally, brands would hold on to their excess fabrics for a few seasons and then send them to the landfills .

Using dead stock avoids the creation of environmentally damaging synthetics, and prevents beautiful fabrics from ending up in landfill. It also helps to slow down the world's water crisis as using 1 yard of a Deadstock fabric will save 700 gallons of water usually used to produce this amount of new fabric.

Each garment is made to order in Brussels in our workshop and can be made to measure. The fabrics are recovered from couture houses, designers, factories or are vintage, which makes the pieces limited depending on the availability of the fabric.

C'est Piment baby.
